realme has expanded its Harry Potter collaboration in India with the launch of the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition and realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition. Both products have been developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and combine franchise-inspired designs with the hardware of their standard versions.
realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition
The realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition gets a heavily themed exterior while retaining the core hardware of the regular realme 16 Pro.
The rear panel uses an enchanted brown textured leather finish with a Wizard’s Chess-inspired Argyle pattern. realme has also added its Quadra Light-Sensing Color-Changing technology to the back. An embossed Hogwarts crest sits prominently on the rear, while the metallic camera housing is designed around the appearance of Hedwig.
The metallic frame carries laser-engraved “Welcome to Hogwarts” detailing. The software has also been customized with Harry Potter-themed lock screens, app icons, wallpapers and camera filters.
The phone comes in a collector’s box designed as a 1:1 replica of Harry Potter’s Hogwarts school trunk. realme says only 5,000 of these collector’s editions will be available globally. The box includes a Hogwarts acceptance letter replica, Platform 9¾ train ticket, Four Houses crest bookmarks, character postcards, a custom Hogwarts phone case and a themed SIM ejector tool.

realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition
Alongside the smartphone, realme has introduced the Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition. The earbuds use a Magic Brown color scheme inspired by Hogwarts.
The earbuds have dark brown housings and silicone tips, paired with brushed-gold stems featuring etched Hogwarts crest details. The charging case gets a dark coffee-brown faux leather finish with a large gold Hogwarts crest on the front and “Welcome to Hogwarts” engraved on the hinge.
realme also includes a vintage trunk-style protective case. It features brass-finish corner details, retention straps, a woven lanyard and a Harry Potter-themed pendant.
The Harry Potter customization extends to the software experience. Through the realme Link app, users get custom connection pop-ups and sound effects, along with franchise-inspired audio presets and a MindFlow ambient soundscape mode.
The earbuds retain the hardware of the standard Buds T500 Pro. They feature 12.4mm dynamic drivers, Hi-Res Wireless Audio support and the LHDC 5.0 codec. The earbuds also offer hybrid active noise cancellation of up to 50dB with a claimed frequency coverage of up to 5000Hz.
For calls, the earbuds use six microphones, with three on each side, for environmental noise reduction and voice pickup.
The Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition supports Bluetooth 6.1 and offers custom EQ controls through the realme Link app. They have an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.
The earbuds offer up to 56 hours of combined playback with the charging case. The case has a 530mAh battery, while each earbud has a 62mAh battery.
Price and availability in India
The realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition is priced at ₹62,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. An instant ₹6,300 bank discount is available on HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and SBI Card transactions, bringing the effective price to ₹56,699. No-cost EMI options start at ₹4,724 per month.
