OnePlus has launched the OnePlus N6 Lite in India. The new mid-range smartphone focuses on battery life, durability, and a high refresh rate display.
The OnePlus N6 Lite has a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It offers up to 900 nits of brightness. The display also supports OnePlus’ Aqua Touch technology, which is designed to keep touch input working when the screen has water droplets, moisture, or oil on it.
The phone is 8.95mm thick and weighs 215 grams. It also has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance and has MIL-STD-810H certification for durability.
The OnePlus N6 Lite is powered by the UNISOC T7250 processor with a Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. It comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be expanded by up to 2TB using a microSD card.
The phone runs Android 16 with OxygenOS 16. OnePlus is also promising 36-Month Fluency Protection, which uses system-level optimizations to maintain performance over longer use.
The phone has a 13-megapixel rear camera with an OmniVision OV13B10 sensor. It can capture 50-megapixel images using the High-Res mode and supports 1080p video recording at 30fps. There is a 5-megapixel front camera that supports up to 720p video recording.
The camera software includes AI features such as AI Clear Face for group portraits and AI Eraser for removing unwanted objects from photos. The phone also has Google Gemini integration for AI-assisted search and other tasks.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual SIM support, a dedicated microSD slot, USB Type-C, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and 5G connectivity.
The biggest highlight is its 7,000mAh battery. OnePlus claims that the phone can offer up to three days of typical use on a single charge. It can reportedly provide up to 55.5 hours of voice calls, 29.9 hours of navigation, or 26.8 hours of continuous video playback.
The phone also supports 5W wired reverse charging, allowing users to charge other devices and accessories from the phone. OnePlus says the battery can retain more than 80% of its capacity after 1,600 charge cycles.
OnePlus N6 Lite price in India
The OnePlus N6 Lite is available in a single configuration with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It is priced at Rs. 16,999. Bank EMI offers can bring the effective price down to Rs. 16,249.
The phone is available in Midnight Hype and Neo Green color options. It can be purchased from OnePlus.in, the OnePlus Store app, Amazon India, OnePlus Experience Stores, and authorized retail outlets across the country.
