Xbox has announced a new Free Play Days offer, giving subscribers a chance to try out three games for free this weekend. The latest lineup includes MLB The Show 26, The Alters, and STUFFED.

Unlike some previous Free Play Days promotions, these games are not available for Xbox players without a subscription. Only members of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Xbox Game Pass Premium, and Xbox Game Pass Essential can access the free trials.

MLB The Show 26 is the latest entry in the popular baseball game series developed by San Diego Studio. The game introduces a new automated ball-strike system that allows players to challenge pitch calls. It also expands the career mode, allowing players to guide their custom athlete from high school baseball to the professional level.

The Alters takes players into a sci-fi survival adventure where they must build a base and survive on a dangerous planet. The unique twist is that the survival team is made up of different clones of the same person. Each clone, known as an “alter”, has different skills, personalities, and emotional challenges. Players need to manage resources while keeping relationships between the alters under control.

The third game, Stuffed, is a co-op first-person shooter where up to four players team up to fight endless waves of enemies. The game takes place inside a child’s dream, where armed teddy bears defend against waves of nightmares.

The Free Play Days lineup includes:

  • MLB The Show 26: Xbox Series X|S
  • The Alters: Xbox Series X|S, Windows
  • STUFFED: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One

Players can find these games through the Xbox Store by opening the Subscriptions section and selecting Free Play Days. The offer will remain available until July 12 at 11:59 PM PT.

After the Free Play Days period ends, players will need to purchase the games or continue their subscription to access them.
