vivo has officially launched the vivo X300 E in China. The new smartphone comes with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, a massive 7,200mAh battery, and a Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera setup. It also features a 144Hz AMOLED display, IP69 water resistance, and Android 16 out of the box.

The vivo X300 E sports a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display with a 2750 × 1260 pixel resolution. The display supports a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 4320Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 3nm processor paired with the Adreno 829 GPU. It comes with 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The device runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6.

The vivo X300 E features a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it packs a 50MP autofocus selfie camera.

The camera system has been co-developed with Zeiss and includes several photography modes designed for different shooting scenarios. These include Telephoto Stage for concerts and low-light scenes, Telephoto Portrait for better background blur, and Telephoto Landscape for capturing distant scenery with improved sharpness.

Other notable features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, an X-axis linear vibration motor, Hi-Res Audio support, NFC, an IR blaster, Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, and USB Type-C. The phone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The smartphone packs a large 7,200mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging.

The vivo X300 E measures 157.52 × 74.33mm and is available in two thickness options. The Moonlight White variant is 7.99mm thick and weighs 203g, while the Midnight Black and Sunlight Orange variants are 7.79mm thick and weigh 199.5g.

The vivo X300 E is available in the following variants:

  • 12GB + 256GB: 4,799 yuan (around $708 / Rs. 68,145)
  • 12GB + 512GB: 5,299 yuan (around $782 / Rs. 75,225)

Pre-orders for the smartphone are now live in China through vivo’s official channels and authorized retailers. The phone will go on sale in China starting July 31.
