vivo has launched the vivo T5e in India as the latest addition to its T5 series. The new entry-level 4G smartphone is aimed at students and young professionals, offering a large battery, durable design, and AI-powered features at an affordable price.
The smartphone comes with a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations.
The vivo T5e is powered by the octa-core UniSoC T7225 12nm processor paired with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM. It also supports up to 4GB of virtual RAM for improved multitasking. The phone offers 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card.
The device runs Android 16 with Origin OS 6.0. The phone includes several AI-powered productivity features, such as AI tools for summarizing, translating, and rewriting text. It also comes with vivo DocMaster to help users organize documents.
The vivo T5e features a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash, while the front houses a 5MP selfie camera.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C, and dual SIM support with a dedicated microSD card slot.
The vivo T5e packs a 5,500mAh battery with support for 15W charging.
The smartphone has also been built for durability. It comes with MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification for shock resistance and carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

The vivo T5e is priced at Rs. 13,999 for the single 4GB + 64GB variant. The smartphone is now available for purchase through the official vivo India website, Flipkart, and authorized retail stores across the country.
