Google could soon expand its wearable lineup in India with the launch of the Fitbit Air. The fitness tracker has appeared on Amazon India ahead of an official announcement, suggesting that its India launch may not be far away.

Although the listing is live, the product is marked as unavailable.

The Fitbit Air was first introduced in the US in May as a lightweight, screenless fitness tracker that focuses on health monitoring instead of notifications or smartwatch features. The Amazon listing now gives Indian users an early look at what the device will offer.

According to the listing, the Fitbit Air will work with both Android and iPhone. It supports continuous heart rate tracking, sleep monitoring, activity tracking, and AI-powered health insights. The tracker is also claimed to deliver up to seven days of battery life on a single charge.

It comes with Google Health Coach, which uses Google’s Gemini AI to provide personalized health and wellness recommendations. Buyers are also expected to get a three-month trial of Google Health Premium, giving access to additional health features.

Unlike traditional fitness bands, the Fitbit Air does not include a display. Instead, it collects health data throughout the day and syncs everything to the Google Health app, where users can view detailed insights and reports.

The wearable includes several advanced health features, including continuous heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen (SpO2) tracking, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep stage analysis, sleep duration tracking, and heart rhythm monitoring with AFib alerts.

Google has not announced the India pricing yet. However, since the Fitbit Air is priced at $99.99 in the US, the wearable is expected to launch in India for around Rs. 15000. It could also get an introductory launch offer to bring down the effective pricing.
