Infinix has expanded its budget smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the new Infinix Smart 20 4G. The smartphone targets entry-level buyers and comes with a large display, MediaTek processor, Android 16-based software, and a 5,200mAh battery.
The Infinix Smart 20 4G features a design similar to the company’s Note series smartphones. It comes with a large camera module on the rear and is available in Sunlike Orange, Cloudline Blue, Shadow Black, and Polaris Titanium colour options.
The handset has a slim 7.7mm profile and carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
The phone sports a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and offers up to 700 nits of peak brightness.
It is powered by MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset and is paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The device also has up to 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs XOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box. It also features Infinix’s Folax AI voice assistant.
The Infinix Smart 20 4G comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
The phone also includes a dedicated AI button and features such as Ultra Link No SIM Calling and Smart AI Voice Reduction. Ultra Link allows users to make calls even without a SIM card in certain supported scenarios. This makes it one of the more unique features in this price segment.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual SIM 4G support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, an infrared sensor, a USB Type-C 2.0 port, and a bottom-firing speaker.
The smartphone packs a 5,200mAh battery and supports 15W USB Type-C fast charging. It also offers 5W reverse wired charging, allowing users to charge other compatible devices.
The Infinix Smart 20 4G is priced at Rs 12,499 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 13,999.
The smartphone is currently available for pre-order through Infinix India’s website and Flipkart. Sales will begin on June 12, 2026, at 12 PM IST.
