OnePlus has launched the new OnePlus Nord CE6 in India. The smartphone joins the company’s Nord CE lineup and focuses heavily on battery life, gaming, durability, and entertainment features.

The OnePlus Nord CE6 features a large 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 × 1272 pixels. The display supports a 144Hz refresh rate, which should deliver smoother scrolling, animations, and gaming performance compared to standard 120Hz panels. OnePlus says the phone can support up to 144FPS gameplay in select supported games.

The display also supports High Brightness Mode with up to 1800 nits brightness under sunlight and uses 3840Hz PWM dimming to reduce visible flicker during extended usage. The screen is protected by Crystal Guard Glass.

It also has Aqua Touch 2.0, which keeps the display responsive even when fingers or the screen are wet.

The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor built on a 4nm process. The chipset is paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

For selfies and video calls, the smartphone includes a 32 megapixels front camera with autofocus support and 4K video recording capabilities.

The phone comes with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. These ratings are still relatively rare in this price segment. The device has also passed MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability tests.
