Acer has announced a new lineup of Predator and Nitro gaming monitors at Computex. With these products, the company is targeting every kind of gamer. From immersive 3D gaming displays to ultra-fast esports monitors with refresh rates reaching 1000Hz, the new lineup focuses heavily on speed, display quality, and modern gaming technologies.
The wider global launches are planned for late 2026 and early 2027.
The most interesting product in the lineup is the new Predator XB273K 3D. This 27-inch monitor brings glasses-free 3D gaming using eye-tracking technology and Acer’s SpatialLabs platform.
Unlike older 3D monitors that required native 3D game support or special glasses, Acer says the display can use an onboard AI model to convert standard 2D content into 3D visuals. The monitor combines that with 4K resolution and a 180Hz refresh rate.
3D gaming has struggled for years because of limited support and poor user experience, but companies are now trying AI-powered approaches to revive the concept. For competitive gamers, Acer introduced the Predator X34 F1. This is a 34-inch curved QD-OLED gaming monitor with a 360Hz refresh rate and an extremely fast 0.03ms response time. The monitor uses Samsung’s latest QD-OLED Penta Tandem panel technology with a five-layer blue emission structure. Acer says this improves brightness, efficiency, and panel lifespan.
The display also supports NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500, and a 21:9 ultrawide aspect ratio with 1800R curvature.
OLED gaming monitors are becoming one of the biggest trends in the PC gaming market because they offer much better contrast, HDR performance, and response times compared to traditional LCD displays. Acer also announced the Nitro XV345CKR P, a 34-inch curved gaming monitor designed more for mainstream and casual gamers. It features a massive 5K WUHD resolution along with Mini LED backlighting and Dynamic Frequency and Resolution (DFR) technology.
The display can run at 180Hz in full resolution mode or switch to 360Hz at lower WFHD resolution.
This dual-mode approach is becoming increasingly common in gaming monitors. It allows users to choose between maximum image quality for cinematic games or extremely high refresh rates for competitive shooters.
