Acer has announced two new premium laptops under its Swift lineup. The company introduced the Acer Swift Air 14 and Acer Swift Spin 14 AI, both powered by Intel’s latest processors and focused on thin designs, AI features, and long battery life.

The Acer Swift Air 14 is designed as a lightweight everyday laptop. It weighs just 1.25kg and uses an aluminum chassis available in multiple colors, including Sage Green, Frost Blue, Blossom Pink, and Lilac Purple.

The laptop features a 14-inch WUXGA display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 100 percent sRGB color coverage, and up to 350 nits brightness. Acer is using Intel Core 7 processor 350 chips paired with Intel integrated graphics.

Acer is also offering up to 16GB LPDDR5 memory and up to 512GB SSD storage, which can be upgraded to 1TB later.

The company says the laptop can deliver up to 19 hours of video playback battery life. It packs a 70Wh battery and supports features like Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Windows Hello facial recognition, DTS X audio, and Acer’s AI software suite, including Acer Intelligence Space and Acer PurifiedView.

The second device, the Swift Spin 14 AI, targets users who want more flexibility and performance. It comes with a 360-degree hinge design that allows the laptop to switch between laptop, tablet, tent, and presentation modes.

The laptop features a 14-inch WUXGA touchscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 300 nits brightness. This model uses up to Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 386H chips along with Intel graphics.

The Swift Spin 14 AI supports up to 32GB DDR5 RAM and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. Acer also includes a 5MP IR camera with privacy shutter, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, and a microSD card reader.

Battery life is claimed to reach up to 26 hours of video playback, which is becoming a major focus area for laptop makers as efficiency improvements in modern processors continue to improve endurance.

The laptop also carries MIL-STD-810H certification for durability and includes AI-focused features such as Acer Assist, Acer VisionArt, Acer User Sensing, PurifiedVoice, and PurifiedView.

Acer has not yet announced pricing details for all regions. Availability and final specifications may vary depending on the market.
