OPPO has launched its new F33 5G series smartphones in India. The lineup includes OPPO F33 5G and OPPO F33 Pro 5G smartphones. Both are mid-range 5G phones offering durability, battery life, and camera upgrades.
The OPPO F33 series comes with a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also supports up to 1400 nits peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM dimming for better eye comfort. Both devices run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max processor built on a 6nm process. Users get up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage options. The phones run on Android 16 with ColorOS 16.
The OPPO F33 Pro 5G features a 50MP ultra-wide front camera with a 100-degree field of view. It uses the GC50F6 sensor and is designed for group selfies with less chance of people getting cropped. The standard F33 5G comes with a 16MP front camera. On the back, both phones includes a 50MP main camera with OV50D40 sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. OPPO has also added several AI features like AI Groupfie Expert, AI Portrait Glow, Colourful Front Fill Light, Popout effect, and Dual-View Video mode.
These devices also have In-display optical fingerprint sensor and Infrared sensor. Connectivity options are 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax (2.5GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0. These phones also have Stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio.
The F33 series comes with a new design language featuring a “Starry Sea Lens Module” on the back. It has a rounded rectangular camera island with a ring flash design. The phones also use a 360-degree Armour Body structure. The back panel is made from a thick 1.5mm polymer sheet for better drop resistance. OPPO also uses cold sculpting CNC machining for a premium finish.
The devices are available in Misty Forest, Starry Blue, and Passion Red colour options.
The F33 Pro 5G comes with IP69K rating, which protects against dust and high-pressure hot water jets. The phones also pass military-grade MIL-STD-810H testing and more than 150 stress tests.
The OPPO F33 series packs a 7000mAh battery. It supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging and reverse charging. OPPO claims the battery can retain up to 80 percent capacity even after 1830 charging cycles, which is close to five years of usage.
Pricing and availability in India
The OPPO F33 5G starts at Rs. 31,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs. 34,999, while the top variant costs Rs. 37,999.
The OPPO F33 Pro 5G starts at Rs. 37,999 for 8GB + 128GB and goes up to Rs. 40,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model.
