After Google first introduced this feature on Pixel phones, Samsung has now brought similar support to its latest Galaxy S26 series.
Samsung has confirmed that Quick Share on the Galaxy S26 lineup now supports sharing files with Apple devices. This includes the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. With this, users can send and receive files between Android and Apple devices without using third-party apps.
To use this feature, users need to go to Settings, open Connected devices, tap on Quick Share, and enable the “Share with Apple devices” option. Once enabled, file transfers should work smoothly between supported devices.

The rollout started on March 23 in Korea. It will expand to more regions, including Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Latin America, North America, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan in the coming weeks.

This feature was first seen on Pixel devices, where Google enabled Quick Share to work with Apple’s AirDrop system. It later expanded to older Pixel models as well. Now, Samsung is bringing the same capability to its flagship lineup.
Samsung also said that this feature will come to more devices in the future, but there is no clear timeline yet. Other Android brands are also expected to follow. For example, Oppo has already confirmed that its upcoming Find X series will support it.
