realme has announced a new collaboration with Pearl Academy, one of India’s leading design institutes, to design its upcoming realme P4 Power smartphone. As part of the collaboration, Pearl Academy students were directly involved in realme’s design and product development process.
Instead of a typical design contest, students worked closely with realme’s internal teams from the early idea stage to concept refinement. The goal was to give students real exposure to how commercial smartphones are designed.
For the first time, a student’s design has influenced the final look of a mass-market realme smartphone. A concept submitted by Sankalp Panchal, a student at Pearl Academy, was selected and adapted for the realme P4 Power. This design approach has been named TransView Design.
According to realme, the TransView design focuses on transparency and visible technology. Instead of hiding internal elements, the design highlights them to represent clarity and transformation. The brand says the design reflects Gen Z users, combining contrast such as confidence and introspection, and playfulness with purpose. The phone is meant to feel like an extension of personal identity, not just a tool.

The realme P4 Power will be available in Trans Orange, Trans Silver, and Trans Blue colour options.
After earlier teasers, Francis Wong has now confirmed that the realme P4 Power will feature a 10,001mAh battery. More details about the smartphone are expected to be revealed soon.
