Xbox Free Play Days Brings Call of Duty Black Ops 7, NBA 2K26, Fallout 76 and More This December

Xbox has announced a new Free Play Days event, giving players a chance to try several popular games for free before the year ends. The offer is available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members, starting Thursday, December 18, and running until Sunday, December 21.

During this period, players can access NBA 2K26, WWE 2K25, PGA Tour 2K25, Ark Survival Ascended, and The Forgotten City on both console and PC. These games can be downloaded directly from the Xbox Store through the Free Play Days collection.

Xbox is also offering extended access to Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Players can try the Multiplayer and Zombies content for free until December 22. The trial includes popular modes and maps, including the remastered Nuketown 2025, festive holiday-themed playlists, and the Zombies experience.

Fallout 76 is part of the promotion as well, but with a wider offer. The game is free to play for all Xbox members from December 16 until December 23. A Game Pass membership is not required for this title. Players can explore the Wasteland solo or with friends and experience new content, including the Burning Springs desert biome.

To start playing, users can visit Xbox.com and install the games from their individual store pages. Console users can also find the Free Play Days section under the Subscriptions tab in the Xbox Store on Xbox One and Xbox Series X or Series S.
