Logitech has launched the MX Master 4 wireless mouse in India. It is the newest addition to the popular MX Master series. This mouse is clearly made for people who work long hours. It targets designers, developers, video editors, and office professionals.
Logitech knows that comfort matters more than looks in this category. The mouse fits well in the hand and feels balanced, even during long work sessions.
The biggest upgrade this time is haptic feedback. The scroll wheel and navigation controls now give subtle feedback while using the mouse. This feedback can be customised using Logitech’s software. It feels useful, especially when scrolling through timelines, large spreadsheets, or design layers. It adds more control without being distracting.
The mouse works with Logi Options+, which unlocks most of its smart features. Actions Ring is an interesting feature and worth mentioning. It appears as an on-screen overlay and shows shortcuts based on the app you are using. Logitech claims this can save time and reduce repetitive movements. For power users, this can actually make a difference in daily workflow.
The mouse uses an 8,000 DPI Darkfield sensor. It works on almost any surface, including glass. Clicks are much quieter compared to older models, which is good for office use. Battery life is rated at up to 70 days on a full charge. A one-minute charge can give up to three hours of usage. Charging is done via USB-C.
Multi-device support is another important feature. The MX Master 4 can connect to up to three devices at once. Switching between them is quick and smooth. You can even move files between devices using Logi Options+. This is very useful if you work across a laptop, desktop, and tablet.
Logitech says wireless performance is up to two times stronger than before. The mouse supports Logi Bolt, which works well even in crowded office environments. A USB-C dongle is included, and pairing is stable and fast.
The MX Master 4 supports Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, iPadOS, and Android. Full customisation is available through Logi Options+. It already supports apps like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Zoom. Support for Premiere Pro is expected soon.
The MX Master 4 uses recycled plastic and low-carbon aluminium. The battery includes recycled cobalt. Even the packaging is designed to be more eco-friendly. These are small details, but they do matter.
In India, the Logitech MX Master 4 is priced at Rs. 15,995. It comes in Graphite and Pale Grey colour options. For a limited time, it is available on Amazon.in for Rs. 11,995, which makes it far more appealing. Logitech is also offering a one-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription with the purchase.
