OPPO has officially launched the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in India. These are the company’s new flagship phones for 2024, and OPPO is focusing heavily on camera hardware, battery innovation, and performance. The new Find X9 series brings an upgraded Hasselblad Master Camera System, a new Silicon-Carbon battery, and a powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset. Both models are now available for pre-order and will go on sale on November 21.
The Find X9 series comes with a modern and clean design. Both phones use a matte aluminum frame with a glass back. The edges are flat, giving the phones a premium and sturdy feel. OPPO has also improved durability with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, making the devices more resistant to dust and water.
The camera module is integrated smoothly without sharp curves, and the overall profile remains slim despite the large battery used inside both models.
OPPO is using new-generation flat displays with 1.15mm symmetrical bezels, which makes the front look balanced and sharp. The Find X9 features a 6.59-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, while the Find X9 Pro gets a larger 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a variable 1–120Hz refresh rate.
Both displays support Dolby Vision, 3840Hz PWM dimming, up to 3600 nits peak brightness, and a minimum brightness of 1 nit for night use. These improvements help with outdoor visibility and reduce eye fatigue during long usage.
Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset built on TSMC’s third-generation 3nm process. OPPO claims the CPU offers up to 32 percent higher performance and 55 percent better efficiency. The Arm Mali-G1 Ultra GPU delivers up to 33 percent better graphics performance with 42 percent higher efficiency.
Thermal performance is maintained using a customized vapor chamber. The phones also use OPPO’s Trinity Engine for better power management, smoother frame syncing, and more efficient high-resolution video recording.
Camera performance is the main highlight of the Find X9 series.
The Find X9 comes with three 50MP cameras. The 50MP main camera uses a large Sony LYT-808 sensor with an f/1.6 aperture that captures more light. There is a 50MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus and a 50MP telephoto camera with the Sony LYT600 sensor. A dedicated spectral sensor helps deliver more accurate colors.
The Find X9 Pro takes things further. Its Ultra XDR Main Camera uses a custom 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT 828 sensor and Real-Time Triple Exposure technology. The highlight is the 200MP Hasselblad Telephoto camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor, f/2.1 aperture, and 10cm macro focus distance.
Both phones feature OPPO’s new LUMO Image Engine. It improves clarity, color accuracy, and dynamic range while using 50 percent less power. The phones also shoot full 50MP images by default in bright light.
The series also supports 4K Motion Photos, 4K 120fps Dolby Vision video, and LOG recording for professionals.

The Find X9 Pro can also use the optional Hasselblad Teleconverter accessory for 10x optical zoom and up to 200x digital zoom for photos.
Both devices include an In-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, an Infrared sensor, and Stereo speakers. Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and Navigation support, including NavIC. The Find X9 Pro also supports USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 for faster data transfer.
The Find X9 has a 7025mAh battery, while the Find X9 Pro comes with a larger 7500mAh unit.
Both use OPPO’s third-generation Silicon-Carbon Battery with 15 percent silicon content. OPPO says the batteries will retain more than 80 percent of their capacity after five years of normal use. Devices support 80W SuperVOOC wired charging, 50W AirVOOC wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
