Samsung Galaxy M07 with 6.7-inch 90Hz display launched in India

Samsung has quietly launched its new budget smartphone, the Galaxy M07, in India. This phone joins Samsung’s M-series lineup and targets users who want a reliable 4G phone at an affordable price.

Samsung Galaxy M07 comes with a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen has a small notch on top that houses a front camera for selfies and video calls. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card.

On the back, the Galaxy M07 features a 50MP main camera along with a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots. The LED flash helps in low-light photography. Samsung has also included an 8MP front camera for selfies.

The phone runs Android 15 with One UI 7, offering Samsung’s latest software experience. Samsung promises 6 OS updates and 6 years of security updates. This is the first time a budget Samsung phone is getting such long-term software support, which is a big plus for users who plan to keep their phone for years.

It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. The phone supports dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and GPS.

The Galaxy M07 packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. However, Samsung does not include a charger in the box.

It also comes with an IP54 rating, which means it is resistant to dust and splashes.

Price and Availability

The Samsung Galaxy M07 comes in a single Black colour option. It is priced at Rs. 7,699, but you can currently get it for as low as Rs. 6,999 from online retailers like Amazon India.
