realme has launched the realme P4 Pro 5G in India. The phone comes as the top model in the new P series, alongside the realme P4 5G.

The realme P4 Pro 5G features a 6.8-inch 1.5K 144Hz OLED 4D curved display from BOE. It has ultra-thin 1.72mm bezels and a 94% screen-to-body ratio. The screen can reach up to 6500 nits local peak brightness and 1800 nits HBM brightness. It also supports up to 4608Hz PWM dimming, full-brightness DC dimming, and HDR. The display panel also has Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor built on the 4nm process. realme says it scores over 1.1 million points on Antutu. The chipset handles everyday performance and multitasking. Along with it, the phone has a dedicated HyperVision AI chip powered by Pixelworks X7 Gen 2. This secondary processor handles graphics rendering, frame rate upscaling, and AI-based resolution improvements. With this dual-chip setup, the phone promises stable 144FPS gameplay in over 100 titles, real-time frame generation, and upscaling to 1.5K resolution. Features include AI Hyper Clarity, AI Hyper Motion, and AI Always-On HDR. The GT Performance Engine 3.0 helps in managing heat for stable performance.

The realme P4 Pro 5G comes with up to 12GB RAM and 14GB virtual RAM. It has a 7000mm² VC cooling system for thermal control. The phone runs on Android 15 with realme UI 6.0 and will receive three major Android updates and four years of security patches.

On the camera side, the phone has a dual 50 megapixels AI system. The main sensor is a 50 megapixels Sony IMX896 with OIS, and there is also an 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens. The front has a 50 megapixels OV50D sensor for selfies and video calls. Both front and rear cameras support 4K 60fps video recording. HDR video recording is supported at up to 4K 30fps. Features include Hypershot Architecture, Ultra Steady video, AI Motion Stabilization, AI Travel Snap, AI Landscape, and a document scanner.

Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, Hi-Res audio, USB Type-C audio, infrared sensor, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and 5G connectivity with multiple bands.

The phone packs a 7000mAh Titan battery in a slim 7.68mm body. realme claims it can provide up to 8 hours of BGMI gameplay at 90FPS. It supports 80W Ultra Charge, which charges the battery to 50% in 25 minutes, along with 10W reverse charging.

In terms of design, the phone uses a Living Nature Design with a back panel made from premium tech-wood. It will be available in Birch Wood, Dark Oak Wood, and Midnight Ivy finishes. The realme P4 Pro 5G comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The realme P4 Pro 5G will be available in a special launch offer on 27th August between 12 Noon and midnight. The first sale begins the same day at 12 Noon via Flipkart, realme.com, and mainline stores.
