Amazon Games has revealed its next big title, March of Giants. The game is being developed by Amazon Games Montreal and will be released on PC through Steam. It is a free-to-play 4v4 multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) strategy game. A closed alpha test is scheduled to run from September 2 to 10.
In March of Giants, players take on the role of towering commanders known as Giants. Each Giant comes with unique abilities, ranging from crowd control to high damage attacks, making them key to securing victory for the team.
The game is not just about powerful heroes. Players will also lead massive armies of soldiers, guiding them across the battlefield to storm outposts, clash with enemy Giants, and apply constant lane pressure. Alongside this, the game introduces “Battleworks,” deployable tactical structures such as bunkers, tanks, and trenches that can turn the tide of battle when placed strategically.
With its mix of hero-based combat, large-scale army control, and tactical deployment, March of Giants looks to bring a fresh spin to the MOBA genre.
