Alongside the Nord 5 series, OnePlus has launched its latest TWS, the OnePlus Buds 4, in India. These are the fourth-generation earbuds from the brand and bring notable upgrades in both sound quality and noise cancellation. The Buds 4 are priced at ₹5,999 and will go on sale starting July 9 at 12 PM.
The OnePlus Buds 4 are built to deliver a premium listening experience. Each earbud features a dual-driver setup: an 11mm woofer with a 30-layer ceramic-metal diaphragm for deep bass, and a 6mm tweeter for precise highs. Together, they produce a wide frequency response from 15Hz to 40kHz. It is something usually reserved for higher-end earbuds.
The inclusion of dual DACs, previously seen only in the Buds Pro 2, ensures improved signal processing and cleaner audio output. The Buds 4 also supports LHDC 5.0 Hi-Res Audio, allowing wireless transmission speeds up to 1Mbps. This means users can enjoy high-bitrate audio if paired with supported devices and platforms.
It supports AAC and SBC codecs, and also features OnePlus 3D Audio and Golden Sound for a more immersive and personalized experience.
Buds feature Touch controls for music, calls, volume, and switching ANC modes. You also get AI-powered real-time translation when paired with OnePlus phones.
One of the biggest highlights of the Buds 4 is its ANC capability. The earbuds offer up to 55dB of active noise cancellation, along with a 5,500Hz noise reduction frequency range — the highest ever on any OnePlus earbuds.
Noise control modes include: ANC, Adaptive ANC, Transparency Mode, and normal. This setup lets users customize how much ambient sound they want to let in, based on their surroundings.
The earbuds pack a 62mAh battery each, while the charging case comes with a 520mAh battery. The battery life is solid. You can get up to 6 hours (buds) and 37 hours (with case) with ANC On. With ANC OFF, battery life goes up to 9 hours (buds) and 45 hours (with case). The Buds 4 also supports fast charging. Just 10 minutes of charge gives up to 11 hours of playback time (combined with the case).
Buds also features 47ms low latency for gaming.
The OnePlus Buds 4 is priced at ₹5,999 and will be available in Zen Green and Storm Gray colors.
Sales start from July 9 at 12 PM on: Amazon.in, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Store App, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online platforms. It will be also available via offline stores like Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, Bajaj Electronics, and OnePlus Experience Stores.
