iQOO has launched its latest smartphone, the iQOO Z10x 5G, in India. It is the successor to last year’s Z9x 5G and comes with some nice upgrades. The phone comes with military grade durability and good internals.
iQOO Z10x 5G features a big 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1050 nits brightness.
One of the major upgrades is the new MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, which is built on a 4nm process and replaces the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip found in the previous model. The phone comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and offers 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, so performance and storage speeds should be good. On the software side, the phone runs Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, and iQOO has promised 2 years of Android updates along with 3 years of security patches.
The phone features a dual-camera setup on the back. It includes a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots. It also supports 4K video recording. For selfies, the smartphone has an 8 megapixels front camera placed inside a small punch-hole.
It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor to unlock the phone. The phone also has an infrared sensor. It comes with stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio, and supports multiple 5G bands, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS.
The iQOO Z10x 5G is also durable, with MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification and an IP64 rating, which means it is resistant to dust and water splashes.
The battery is another highlight here. The iQOO Z10x 5G packs a big 6500mAh battery, which is larger than the 6000mAh unit in the previous version. It also supports 44W fast charging, so you can top it up quickly when running low on power.
