Hideo Kojima is back with another mind-bending experience. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is officially set to launch on June 26, 2025, for PlayStation 5. The game will be priced at $69.99, with pre-orders starting on March 17.

- Standard Edition ($69.99): Includes the full game.
- Digital Deluxe Edition ($79.99): Comes with exclusive in-game items such as the “Battle Skeleton: Gold” (LV1, LV2, LV3), “Bokka Skeleton: Gold” (LV1, LV2, LV3), an early unlock of the “Machine Gun (MP Bullets) LV1,” and three special patches.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach follows the success of the 2019 original, which gained a cult following and led to a director’s cut, multiple ports, and an upcoming live-action adaptation in collaboration with A24. One of the standout moments in the trailer is Neil (played by Luca Marinelli) donning a bandana that strongly resembles Solid Snake’s from Metal Gear Solid. This detail has fans buzzing, as Kojima is known for his intricate storytelling and connections to his past works.
