Opera has unveiled a new web browser Opera Air. This new browser focuses on mindfulness and helps users stay relaxed and stress-free. Opera Air has several mindfulness tools like breathing exercises, meditation, binaural beats, stretching routines, and motivational quotes. All these tools make sure you don’t feel overwhelmed while browsing the web.

The browser has two main features to help you de-stress.

Take a Break: This feature provides guided breathing exercises, meditation sessions, and full-body scans. These sessions range from 3 to 15 minutes and allow users to recharge their minds. There’s also an option to set reminders for mindful breaks.

Boosts: This feature makes use of binaural beats, a technique where two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear, creating a calming effect. It helps in relaxation, focus, and meditation. Users can choose from Boosts like Creativity Boost, Energized Focus, Deep Relaxation, and even a unique one for recalling dreams. Users can also tweak volume levels, background music, and nature sounds, with sessions ranging from 15 minutes to unlimited duration.

Opera Air ensures that these mindfulness tools don’t interfere with regular browsing. You can keep working while listening to the “Focused Calm” Boost.

The browser has a clean design with a frosted glass UI. This minimalist UI feels really good. You also get speedy web browsing and all the security features of a regular Opera browser.

Opera Air is now available to download. So, don’t forget to try it.
