POCO has introduced its latest smartphone, the POCO X7, in India. The phone has a curved OLED display, Dimensity 7300 Ultra SoC, triple camera, and 5500mAh battery. The aggressive pricing makes the phone a good deal.
POCO X7 features a 6.67-inch curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering a smooth and immersive visual experience. The display supports up to 3000 nits peak brightness and 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It also has 12-bit color depth, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ for offering stunning visuals. The screen also has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 to provide enhanced durability against drops and scratches.
The smartphone runs Android 14 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS. The company promises three years of OS updates and four years of security updates.
POCO X7 has IP66 + IP68 dust and waterproof ratings, along with IP69 support.
The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra SoC delivering efficient and reliable performance. The phone comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and offers storage options of 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2. It also has 13780mm² graphite sheet to ensure effective heat dissipation, maintaining optimal performance during intensive tasks.
The rear camera setup has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with an f/1.5 aperture for crisp and detailed shots, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera for close-up photography. It also has a 20MP front camera for selfies.
Connectivity features include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and Type-C. The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor and an Infrared sensor.
POCO X7 packs a 5500mAh solid electrolyte battery and supports 45W fast charging.

The POCO X7 is available in POCO Yellow, Cosmic Silver, and Glacier Green colors. It is priced at Rs. 21,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 23,999. The smartphone will be available for purchase on Flipkart starting January 17th.
