OnePlus has today announced Green Line Worry-Free Solution in India to address the green line issues on AMOLED displays. This initiative combines cutting-edge technology, rigorous quality standards, and and lifetime warranty.

The green line issue refers to the appearance of vertical green lines on AMOLED displays. In most cases, it is not the user at the fault. This should address challenges posed by India’s hot and humid climate.

OnePlus has also improved is Quality control with over 180 comprehensive tests conducted at its Quality Engineering Lab. These tests include electrical performance checks, structural assessments, and stress tests under extreme conditions. One key test, the “Double 85” test, subjects displays to 85°C temperatures and 85% humidity for prolonged periods to ensure device reliability under stress

The company is also extending a lifetime warranty for green line issues to all its smartphone models. The warranty is also applicable to older devices.
