iQOO is slowly unveiling the specs of its upcoming iQOO 13 ahead of the official launch. The company has already confirmed the display specs. Now it has been revealed that battery and charging information.
iQOO 13 will come with a 6150mAh 3rd gen silicon carbon battery, that is larger than the 5000 mAh battery in iQOO 12. The phone will retain the 120W fast charging. However, there is no mention of wireless charging.

The smartphone will feature a 6.82-inch 2K+ 144Hz display and support for full-brightness high-frequency dimming. The company has partnered with BOE for a 2K Q10 large straight screen with ultra-narrow screen. It will be the first to use the world’s first OLED circularly polarized light eye protection technology. The technology mimics the effect of natural light on the eye to prevent fatigue during long periods of phone use.

Jia Jingdong, Vivo’s Vice President, has also confirmed the presence of multi-layer graphene, 7K ultra-large area VC cooling to keep the temperature of the phone under control while gaming. We also know that the phone features a self-developed gaming chip Q2 to bring PC-level 2K texture super-resolution and native 144FPS super-frame.
iQOO 13 will be powered by the latest Qualcomm processor, possibly the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The phone will come with OriginOS 5 out of the box. It should offer improved AI capabilities and enhanced audio-visual configurations.
iQOO 13 is expected to launch in China this month. A report already tipped that the phone could be launched in India on December 5t. So, the China launch date should be by the end of this month.
