TECNO has today launched its latest budget 5G smartphone TECNO POVA 6 NEO 5G in India. The phone comes with 6.67-inch display, Dimensity 6300, up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, dual rear camera, and 5000 mAh battery.
TECNO POVA 6 NEO 5G features a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate. The display also has a hole-punch at the top center of the display. This hole-punch houses a selfie camera.
The phone packs Octa Core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 6nm processor and Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The company uses LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage and the phone comes in two models 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The 6GB variant supports up to 6GB virtual RAM and the 8GB model offers up to 8GB virtual RAM. Internal storage is also expandable up to 1TB with microSD card.
TECNO POVA 6 NEO 5G runs Android 14 with HiOS 14.5 out of the box. It also comes with several AI features such as AIGC portrait, AI cutout, AI magic eraser, AI Artboard, AI wallpaper, and Ask AI. The company claims that the phone will offer a lag-free experience even after 5 years of use. It also has a Dynamic island-like feature to show notifications and animations around the selfie camera.
It has a 108 megapixels primary camera along with an AI lens as a secondary camera. The phone also has 8 megapixels selfie camera.
TECNO POVA 6 NEO 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone has stereo speakers and also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC connectivity. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging
