Samsung today launched its latest budget smartphone Samsung Galaxy F05 in India.

Samsung Galaxy F05 sports a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display. The display panel has a U-shaped notch for the selfie camera. The smartphone runs Android 14 out of the box and the company promises two generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates.

The phone has a leather pattern finish on the back panel and it looks stylish. It comes in Twilight Blue color. The smartphone measures 168.8 x 78.2 x 8.8mm and weighs 195g.

It packs an Octa Core MediaTek Helio G85 12nm processor and ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. Galaxy F05 also comes with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and supports up to 8GB virtual RAM. It has 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage and a microSD card slot to expand storage up to 1 TB.

The rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2 2-megapixel depth camera. The camera promises to capture vibrant and detailed photos. For selfies, the phone has 8 8-megapixel front camera.

Samsung Galaxy F05 has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and USB Type-C connectivity options. It packs a 5000mAh battery and also supports 25W fast charging.

Samsung Galaxy F05 is priced at Rs. 7999 and will go on sale on September 20.
