POCO today launched its latest budget 5G phone POCO M6 Plus 5G in India. The phone comes with a 6.79-inch display with hole punch, Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, up to 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, 108+2 MP rear camera, 13MP selfie camera, and 5030mAh battery.
POCO M6 Plus 5G features a 6.79-inch FHD+ LCD display with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and 550 nits peak brightness. The display panel has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection to protect the display from scratches.
The phone packs Octa Core Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) 4nm processor and Adreno 613 GPU. The phone has 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. It also has 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage that is further expandable up to 1TB with microSD.
The smartphone runs Android 14 with Hyper OS out of the box. The company promises 2 years of security updates and 4 years of security updates.
POCO M6 Plus 5G has 108 megapixels primary camera with Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor and 2 megapixels macro camera. For selfies, it has 13 megapixels front camera.
The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an infrared sensor. Connectivity options are 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It packs 5030mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
POCO M6 Plus 5G measures 168.6×76.28×8.3mm and weighs 205g. It has bottom firing speaker. The phoen also has volume rocker and power button on the side button.
POCO M6 Plus 5G with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 13499. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs Rs. 14449. It will be available from Flipkart starting from August 5th.
