Infinix has today launched its latest 5G phone Infinix Note 40X 5G. The phone has a 6.78-inch 120Hz display, Dimensity 6300 6nm processor, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, triple camera, and 5000 mAh battery. The phone starts at Rs. 14,999.
Infinix Note 40X 5G features a 6.78-inch FHD+ LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz Touch Sampling Rate. The display has a peak brightness of up to 1300 units and a 10-bit Color Depth. There is also Gorilla Glass 5 Protection and TUV Rheinland certification.
The phone is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 6nm processor and Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It has 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4x RAM. The phone also has 256GB UFS 2.2 storage that is further expandable up to 1TB with microSD.
More 40X 5G runs Android 14 with XOS 14 out of the box. It also has an Interactive Dynamic Port similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island.
The rear camera setup has 108 megapixels primary camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, and a 2 megapixels AI camera. Camera also has several modes including Film, Video, AI Cam, Portrait, Super Night, AR Shot, Short Video, Pro, Slow Motion, Dual Video, Panorama, Super Macro, Documents, Timelapse, and Sky Shop. For selfies, the phone has 8 megapixels front-facing camera.
Infinix Note 40X 5G has a side-mounted fingering sensor, stereo speakers with DTS, and a dual microphones setup.
Connectivity options are 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, USB Type-C, and NFC. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
The Infinix Note 40X 5G comes in Lime Green, Palm Blue, and Starlit Black colors. It measures 168.94×76.49×8.26mm and weighs 201grams. The IP52 rating makes the phone dust and splash resistant.
