Along with Galaxy Z Fold6, Samsung has also introduced its latest flip phone Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6. The phone has improved durability, a better processor, and a new 50MP main camera.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex display with a 1~120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The phone also has a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED curved display with a 60Hz refresh rate. The display also has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The cover display has AI-assisted features that you can access without opening the phone. You can reply to texts with Suggested replies.
The flip phone has enhanced Armor Aluminum and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for durability. It also has an improved hinge and is IP48 dust and water-resistant. It comes in Silver Shadow, Yellow, Blue, and Mint colors. There are also three online-exclusive Crafted Black, White, and Peach colors.
The phone packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy 4nm Mobile Platform and Adreno 750 GPU. It has 12GB LPDDR5X RAM along with 256GB and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
Like Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z FLip6 also runs Android 14 with One UI 6.1.1 and gets the same seven generations of OS upgrades along with seven years of security updates. It also has the same AI features including Note Assist, Circle to Search, Interpreter, Live Translate, AI-powered ProVisual Engine, Photo Assist, Portrait Studio, and more.
The rear camera setup has 50 megapixels primary wide-angle camera with OIS and 12 megapixels ultra-wide camera. It also has 10 megapixel selfie camera.
It has Stereo Speakers and Dolby Atmos. The phone also offers 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.3 LE, USB Type-C, NFC, and GPS. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 packs a 4000mAh battery with 25w fast charging, 15W Qi wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
The phone measures 85.1 x 71.9 x 14.9mm when folded and 165.1 x 71.9 x 6.9 mm when unfolded. It weighs 187 grams.
