Realme today launched its latest flagship smartphone Realme GT 6 in India. The phone has 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, up to 12GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, 50+8+50 MP rear camera, 32 MP selfie camera, and a 5500mAh battery.
Realme GT 6 features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 1-120Hz 8T LTPO AMOLED display. It boats global maximum brightness of 1600 nits and up to 6000 nits peak brightness. The display panel has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
The phone runs realme UI 5 based on Android 14. Realme promises 3 Android updates and 4 years of security updates. There are several AI features including AI Smart Loo, AI Smart Removal, and AI Night Vision Mode in the camera.
The smartphone packs Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC with Adreno 735 GPU. It comes in two models: 8+256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12+512GB. The company has used LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage to ensure fast performance.
The rear camera setup has 50 megapixels primary camera with Sony LYT-808 sensor and OIS. It also has 8 megapixels 112° ultra-wide camera and 50 megapixels telephoto camera. The camera can also record up to 4K 60 fps videos. For selfies, the phone has 32 megapxiels front camera and it can also record up to 4K 30 fps videos.
Realme GT 6 has an in-display fingerprint sensor. It also has 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, GALILEO, Beidou, QZSS, and NFC, and USB Type-C.
The phone packs a 5500mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging. Realme claims that the phone can be charged up to 50% in 10 minutes. The phone can maintain over 80% battery health even after 1600 charging cycles.
