Motorola has now confirmed the launch date of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra in India. The phone will be launched in India on June 18. It will be sold from Motorola’s official website and Flipkart. Flipkart has also added a dedicated landing page to confirm the key features of the phone.
Motorola Edge 50 Ultra features a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 2500 nits. The display also has Gorilla Glass Victus protection and an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
It packs Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with 12GB of RAM and 512GB. The phone runs Android 14 and the company promises three years of assured Android updates and up to four years of security updates.
The camera setup has a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera. It also has a 50-megapixel selfie shooter. The phone promises to offer AI adaptive stabilization and 100x AI super zoom.
Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and it supports Dolby Head Tracking.
The Smart Connect feature lets users access phone apps on their PCs and share data between devices. It also lets us use the phone as a webcam.
It packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 125W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
