Redmi has today launched its budget tablet Redmi Pad SE in India. Redmi Pad SE comes with an 11-inch display, Snapdragon 680, up to 8GB of RAM, 128GB storage, and an 8000 mAh battery.

The tablet has a metal unibody design. It comes in Graphite Gray, Mint Green, and Lavender Purple colors. The tablet weighs 478g and has a thickness of 7.36mm.

Redmi Pad SE features an 11-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate and 180Hz Touch Sampling rate. It promises a vivid and smooth visual experience. Redmi boasts 400 nits of brightness and 207 PPi pixel density. The display also has TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light Certification and TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Certification.

The tablet packs a Snapdragon 680 mobile platform built on 6nm process technology. It also has an Adreno 610 GPU to handle graphics requirements. Redmi Pad SE has up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It comes in 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB models. Internal storage is also expandable up to 1TB.

There is an 8 megapixels camera on the back and a 5 megapixels camera at the front. The tablet also supports Face Unlock using the front camera.

Connectivity options are dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB-C. The tablet has Quad stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-res audio. It also has 3.5mm headphone jack.

Redmi Pad SE packs an 8000mAh battery that boasts 14 hours of video playback and 43 days of standby time. The tablet supports 10W charging.

Redmi Pad SE will go on sale starting April 24 from Amazon, Flipkart, and Xiaomi retail stores. Customers can also get a Rs. 1,000 instant discount on ICICI Bank credit and debit card transactions.
