Realme today launched its latest smartphone Realme 12x 5G in India. This phone joins the existing Realme 12 series and it also marks the entry of Realme in the entry-level 5G smartphone segment.
Realme features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with up to 120Hz dynamic refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display panel also has 950 nits peak brightness. The phone also has a Rainwater smart touch feature that lets consumers use the display even if there are water drops on it.
It packs an Octa Core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 6nm processor and Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone is offered with 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage. It also has. VC cooling system to keep the temperature under control.
The phone runs Android 14 with realme UI 5.0 out of the box. It also features Dynamic Button, Time Capsule, and Air Gesture.
The rear camera setup has 50 megapixels primary camera and 2 megapxiels Black & White camera. It also has an 8 megapxiels front camera for selfies.
Realme 12x 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone also has stereo speakers and supports Hi-Res Audio.
