TECNO has launched its new mid-range 5G smartphone TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G in India. The phone comes with several cool features to stand out against the competition. It has a unique design and a large 6000 mAh battery.
The phone uses TECNO’s first P-NCVM border for a smooth middle frame along with advanced Lithography Precision Technology Texture to create a fine and robust feel. TECNO claims that it doesn’t show fingerprints. The phone also has a Dynamic-Eye Design with a Dynamic Light Effect on the back. It has 210 single-point controlled MiniLEDs that create ring-shaped and propeller-shaped light effects. It has a total of up to 9 different scenarios like calls, power status, and gaming.
TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz high-frequency dimming. The display panel also has TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light Certification. The phone runs HiOS 14 based on Android 14.
The phone packs an Octa Core MediaTek Dimensity 6080 6nm processor and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone has a a cooling area of 27342mm² It has 8GB or 12GB RAM models with 256GB internal storage. The 8GB RAM model supports 8GB virtual RAM and the 12GB Model has 12GB virtual RAM. Internal storage is also expandable with a microSD card.
TECNO POVA 6 Pro comes with a 108 megapixels primary camera, 2 megapixels secondary camera, and an AI camera. It also has a dual LED flash. For selfies, the phone has 32 megapixels selfie camera. It also has a dual LED flash at the front for low-light selfies.
It has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, USB Type-C, and NFC
TECNO POVA 6 Pro packs a 6000mAh battery and supports 70W Ultra Charge fast charging. It promises to charge the phone up to 50% in 20 minutes, and 100% in just 50 minutes. There’s a Super-Endurance Power mode that can offer phone calling for up to 20 minutes even when the phone’s battery is really low. The phone also supports 10W Reverse Charging. The battery can also charged even at -20°C and is also able to operate at temperatures of up to 60°C.
