Microsoft has unveiled its enterprise laptops Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 with the latest software and AI capabilities. These devices come with several improvements over their predecessors in terms of design and performance. These are also the first true Microsoft AI PCs.
These devices come with Copilot AI capabilities for business. Copilot AI helps customers catch up on missed meetings by getting meeting summaries. They can also optimize the power performance to increase battery life. AI for Windows 365 also helps to increase security with single sign-on.
Surface Pro 10
Surface Pro 10 comes with a 13-inch IPS touchscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3:2 aspect ratio. Surface Pro 10 packs new Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 U series chips. RAM options start at 8GB and go up to 64 GB. It is also available in 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of SSD storage options.
The laptop has a 114-degree ultrawide 1440p front-facing webcam. It also supports AI-powered Windows Studio Effects
There is also a new dedicated Copilot button at the right of the space bar. Pressing this key opens the Windows Copilot interface for accessing Microsoft’s AI solution quickly.
It has 2x USB-C with Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, and NFC. Microsoft also promises up to 19 hours of battery life.
Surface Laptop 6
Surface Laptop 6 comes in 13.5-inch and 15-inch display models. Both the laptops have an Anti-reflective coating and Corning gorilla glass 5.
Surface Laptop 6 laptops are powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 and Intel Core Ultra 7 processor. RAM options start at 8GB and go up to 64GB RAM. You also have 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB Gen4 SSD options.
Connectivity options are 1x USB-C with Thunderbolt 4, 1x USB-A 3.1, Surface Connect, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Surface Laptop 6 15 has 2x USB-C with Thunderbolt 4 and a Smartcard reader in select models.
Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 are for business users. So, they can be purchased only at Microsoft’s commercial storefront and partner channels. Individual customers can also buy these laptops if they want.
