Lenovo ThinkBook Transparent Laptop Concept

Lenovo has officially presented the ThinkBook Transparent Display Laptop Concept. This groundbreaking device features the world’s first 17.3-inch Micro-LED transparent display. This marks a significant leap in technology and provides users with a borderless and see-through display experience.

The laptop uses a Micro-LED display and boasts high color saturation, exceptional contrast, and an impressive 1000-nit brightness. It promises optimal viability both indoors and outdoors. The display has up to 55 percent transparency when the display is off or pixels are set to black.

The transparent display opens the door to future possibilities. It also boasts the flexibility to control the level of privacy or transparency based on their preferences.

There’s a touchscreen keyboard instead of a physical keyboard. This touch keyboard can also be turned into a drawing pad for doodling and drawing.

On the back, below the display hinge, it has a camera facing outward. This camera can be used to identify objects behind the display and show information about them using AI.

While the unveiling of the ThinkBook Transparent Display Laptop Concept has created a buzz in the tech community, Lenovo has not provided details regarding plans for its production. So, we cannot say when the laptop could become a consumer product.
