Activision has finally revealed the official release date for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, the mobile version of its popular battle royale spin-off. The release date is March 21 and gamers are now eagerly counting down the days to enjoy the game. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will be available for iOS and Android devices.
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will launch with two iconic battle royale maps – the expansive Verdansk and the intense Rebirth Island. Verdansk can accommodate up to 120 players. It provides an immersive gaming experience and allows players to rejoin the action after elimination by winning a duel in the gulag. On the other hand, Rebirth Island features a smaller map that hosts a maximum of 48 players. It introduces a unique respawn mechanism where players revive as long as one teammate remains alive.
Warzone Mobile also brings classic Call of Duty multiplayer modes to the mobile platform. So, players can engage in Team Deathmatch, Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Search & Destroy across familiar maps like Shipment, Shoot House, and Scrapyard.
The game also allows players to tailor their gaming experience with available customization options. The game also supports multiple graphics modes and controller input.
Warzone Mobile will also feature a seamless integration with the console and PC versions of Modern Warfare III and Warzone. Progress, including XP, weapon leveling, and battle pass progression, is shared as long as players are logged into the same Activision ID. Most cosmetics and equipment are accessible across all three games.
There will also be a shared friends list and chat channels to stay connected with their friends. Proximity voice chat lets players strategize and detect nearby enemies. The death chat feature lets players hear their opponents’ last words after scoring an elimination
The game has already received more than 50 million pre-registrations and the company will reward pre-registered players with exclusive bonuses, including a Ghost operator skin, weapon blueprints, and a vinyl and emblem.
