Vivo has officially launched its latest flagship smartphones, the X100 and X100 Pro, in the Indian market. These devices pack top-notch specifications and other features to position them as contenders for the top spot in the smartphone industry.
Vivo X100 and X100 Pro feature a 6.78-inch 120Hz 1.5K 120Hz curved 8T LTPO AMOLED display with HDR10+, a peak brightness of up to 3000 nits, and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming to deliver an immersive viewing experience. Running on Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14, users can expect a seamless and feature-rich software experience.
These devices are powered by the robust Dimensity 9300 SoC and Immortalis-G720
GPU. Vivo X100 comes in two models: 12+256GB and 16+512GB. The Pro model will be available with a single 16GB + 512GB configuration. The phone uses LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
The vivo X100 features a 50MP primary camera with a 1/1.49″ IMX920 VCS bionic sensor, while the X100 Pro boasts a 50MP primary camera with a 1″ IMX989 VCS bionic sensor. Both models include a 150° ultra-wide-angle camera and a 64MP telephoto camera with up to 100x digital zoom. The presence of Zeiss T* coating and ZEISS optics enhances the photography experience, delivering stunning, high-quality images. For the series, both phones pack a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. There’s also vivo’s self-developed imaging chip V3 offering 4K-level processing, 4k 60fps night video and Android’s first 4K portrait video shooting.
The vivo X100 and X100 Pro offer a range of connectivity options, including 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7 802.11 be, Bluetooth 5.4, and more.
The X100 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery, supporting 120W ultra-fast flash charging. Meanwhile, the X100 Pro goes a step further with a 5400mAh battery, offering 100W ultra-fast flash charging, 50W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
The design of the X100 and X100 Pro is both stylish and durable, with dimensions of 164.05×75.19×8.49mm and 164.05×75.28×8.91mm, respectively. The devices are lightweight yet sturdy, weighing 206g and 225g. Additionally, both smartphones come with IP68 dust and water resistance, providing added durability. The vivo X100 comes in Asteroid Black and Startrail Blue colors, while the X100 Pro is available in Asteroid Black.
The X100 is priced at Rs. 63,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model, and the 16GB + 512GB variant costs Rs. 69,999. The X100 Pro, available in a single 16GB + 512GB configuration, is priced at Rs. 89,999.
Pre-booking starts today, January 4th on vivo India eStore, Flipkart and other offline stores. The devices will officially go on sale from January 11th, offering Indian consumers an opportunity to experience the future of mobile technology.
