Xiaomi has officially launched the highly anticipated Redmi Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+ smartphones in India. These phones showcase a slew of cutting-edge features and powerful specifications.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+ feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also boasts up to 1800 nits peak brightness, 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 12-bit color depth. The display panel supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ There is also a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection to protect the display from scratches.
These phones run Android 13 with MIUI 14 out of the box. Xiaomi has promised a forthcoming HyperOS update for the devices, along with three major Android updates and four years of security updates, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to providing a top-notch user experience for its customers.
The Note 13 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, while the Note 13 Pro+ is equipped with a Dimensity 7200-Ultra processor. Both models come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, ensuring seamless multitasking and ample space for storage. But there’s one difference you need to know. Redmi Note 13 Pro packs LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The Pro+ comes with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
The Note 13 Pro features a 9000mm² cooling solution, including graph foil and a graphite sheet, while the Pro+ model integrates a 4000mm² VC heat dissipation system and an 11000mm² graphite sheet.
Both models boast a stunning 200MP rear camera with a Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor, optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, users will find a 16MP camera for high-quality selfies.
There’s an in-display fingerprint sensor and an infrared sensor. The phone also has stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos. Redmi Note 13 Pro has a 3.5mm audio jack while the Pro+ model drops it.
Connectivity options are 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC. Note 13 Pro packs a 5100mAh Battery with 67W fast charging. The Note 13 Pro+ model comes with a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. It has Xiaomi’s proprietary Surge G1 and Surge P1 chipsets for fast charging and battery management.
Redmi Note 13 Pro holds an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance and features an AG matte glass back cover. Redmi Note 13 Pro will be available in Arctic White, Coral Purple, and Midnight Black colors On the other hand, the Note 13 Pro+ takes it a step further with an IP68 rating for dustproof and waterproof performance, a curved screen, and a vegan leather back in a striking purple color, along with black and white options. Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be available in Fusion White, Fusion Purple, and Fusion Black.
