LG has unveiled the world’s first wireless transparent OLED TV at CES 2024. This TV is called LG SIGNATURE OLED T and promises to revolutionize the home entertainment segment. The T in the name stands for “Transparent.”

LG demonstrated a 77-inch OLED display TV at the briefing event. Users can switch between a standard black color screen and a transparent mode. When it is in transparent mode, the television features a distinctive T-Bar at the bottom of the screen. It also serves as a dynamic space for news tickers and weather updates.

One of the most notable features of the smart TV is its wireless capability. The Zero Connect Box facilitates the wireless transmission of video content and audio to the TV. It means users can place the TV in any place they want. There will be no cables between the Zero Connect Box and the OLED T to provide a cable-free viewing environment.

LG SIGNATURE OLED T packs LG’s cutting-edge α (Alpha) 11 AI processor that promises a 70 percent boost in graphics performance and a 30 percent increase in processing speed compared to LG’s previous generation TV processor.

LG has not confirmed details about the release date, sales locations, and pricing. Considering futuristic design and groundbreaking features, we should expect it to be really expensive.
