HP has officially launched the much-anticipated OMEN 16 (16-wf1025TX) gaming laptop series in India. The laptop aims to redefine the gaming experience with high-end specs.
The HP OMEN 16 (2024) boasts a 16.1-inch FHD IPS panel with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a rapid 7 ms response time. The display also has an anti-glare coating, 300 nits brightness, and a 100% sRGB color gamut.
It packs an Intel Core i7-14700HX processor with up to 5.5 GHz turbo boost and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060/RTX 4070 Laptop GPU with 8 GB GDDR6 dedicated memory. The laptop comes with 16 GB DDR5-5600 MHz RAM and 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe TLC M.2 SSD storage. HP has also added an advanced OMEN Tempest Cooling that incorporates a newly designed airflow system. The cooling system ensures optimal performance even during intense gaming sessions.
The laptop offers a range of connectivity options, including Thunderbolt 4 with USB Type-C, HDMI 2.1, and USB Type-A with HP Sleep and Charge functionality. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 ensure robust wireless connectivity. It features a 4-zone RGB backlit keyboard, Windows 11 Home, and dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra.
