At CES 2024, Amazfit introduced its new smart wearable Amazfit Helio Ring. The company provided only minimal details about the product and also didn’t confirm pricing and availability details.
Helio Ring is made of ‘skin-friendly’ titanium alloy and weighs less than 4g. It is also 10ATM water resistant. The ring comes in two sizes: size 10 and size 12.
The ring offers detailed sleep tracking including weekly and monthly sleep reports. It also provides a Readiness score incorporating your physical exertion and the quality of your sleep. Helio Ring claims to support athletes in their training and recovery from an injury.
With the help of Zepp App, users can monitor heart rate, sleeping heart rate, breathing, blood oxygen saturation level, and body temperature. The Electrodermal Activity (EDA) sensor can track physical emotional stress to provide a reading on emotional health. The app also has a collection of meditation and relaxation sounds to help relax.
Like other fitness track devices, the ring also has steps and calorie tracking. Although the company didn’t provide batter details, the FAQ document on the official website confirms battery life of up to five days.
The smart ring also has an AI chatbot, but you need to subscribe to the premium version which costs $69.99 per month. You will also get weekly and monthly fitness reports.
