iQOO 12 sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat LTPO AMOLED display. The display panel has a 144Hz variable refresh rate and supports HDR10+ content. The display also boasts up to 1400 nits brightness in HBM mode and up to 3000 nits peak brightness. The display panel also has 2160Hz PWM dimming.

The phone runs Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14 out of the box. iQOO also promises 3 years of Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates for the phone.
The phone packs Octa Core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile platform with Adreno 750 GPU. The variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs. 52999 and the 16GB + 512GB variant costs Rs. 57,999. iQOO uses an aviation-grade aluminum middle frame and a large mm² ultra-large VC vapor chamber. The company has also added 11 temperature sensors to monitor temperature changes in real-time. The Q1 Self-developed chip, featuring frame sensing technology, load monitoring, and precise scheduling, optimizes performance by intelligently distributing resources across large, medium, and small cores for different load requirements, will offer a better gaming experience.
There is a 50 megapixels primary camera with Omnivision OV50H sensor, f/1.68 aperture, and OIS.
