Vivo just introduced its X100 series in China. The Vivo X100 series includes the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro. These phones come with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, Dimensity 9300, up to 16GB RAM, up to 1B storage, and 5G. These phones differ in camera setup and battery.
Both Vivo X100 and X100 Pro feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz variable refresh rate and up to 3000 nits peak brightness. The display panel has 2160Hz PWM dimming and supports HDR10+. These phones run OriginOS 4.0 based on Android 14. Global versions of these phones will come with Funtouch OS 14.
Vivo X100 and X100 Pro pack Octa-Core Dimensity 9300 4nm SoC and Immortalis-G720 GPU. Vivo X100 comes in 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+ 512GB, and 16GB+ 1TB models. The Pro model is offered with 12GB+256GB, 16GB+ 512GB, and 16GB+ 1TB models. The company has used LPDDR5X RAM UFS 4.0 storage, but the 1 TB model also has a version that is offered with 16GB LPDDR5T RAM.

Vivo X100 features a 50 megapxiels primary camera with a 1/ 1.49-inch IMX920 VCS bionic sensor, f/1.57 aperture, and OIS. The phone also has 50 megapxiels 150° ultra-wide-angle camera, a 64 megapxiels telephoto camera with OIS, up to 100x digital, ad ZEISS optics.
Vivo X100 Pro has50 megapixels camera with 1-inch IMX989 VCS bionic sensor, OIS, f/1.57 aperture, 50 megapixels 150° ultra-wide-angle camera, and 50 megapixels APO telephoto camera with OIS, and ZEISS optics. This phone also has a V3 imaging chip for improved camera performance. This chip offers 4K-level processing, movie-level video skin tone protection, and Android’s first 4K portrait video shooting and editing.
For selfies, both Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro come with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
These phones have an in-display fingerprint sensor and infrared sensor. There is support for USB Type-C audio and Hi-Fi audio. Both phones have IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Connectivity options are 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7 802.11 be, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS: L1+L5, Beidou: B1C+B1I+B2a+B2b, GLONASS: G1, Galileo: E1+E5a+E5b, QZSS: L1+L5, NavIC: L5, USB Type-C, and NFC.
Vivo X100 packs a 5000mAh battery with 120W ultra-fast flash charging. It can be charged up to 50% in 11 minutes. Vivo X100 Pro comes with a 5400mAh battery with 100W ultra-fast flash charging, 50W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. The phone boasts to charge up to 50% in 12.5 minutes using wired charging.
