Itel has launched its latest smartphone Itel S23+ in India. The phone claims to be the first in the segment to offer a curved AMOLED display and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone is priced at Rs. 13999.
Itel S23+ features a 6.78-inch FHD+ (1080 x 2400 Pixels) 3D curved AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display panel has 500 nits peak brightness and a 99% DCI-P3 color gamut. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection to protect the display from scratches.
The phone packs 2GHz UNISOC T616 Octa-Core 12nm processor and Mali-G57 GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The phone also supports up to 8GB of virtual RAM for improved multitasking. Internal storage is also expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card.
Itel S23+ has 50 megapixels primary camera with f/1.6 aperture and a secondary AI camera. For selfies, the phone has 8 megapixels front-facing camera.
There is an under-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.
Itel S23+ comes in Elemental Blue and Lake Cyan colors. It weighs 179g.
Itel S23+ is priced at Rs. 13999 and will be available via Amazon.in starting October 6th.
