Apple has also upgraded its premium smartwatch and introduced the Apple Watch Ultra 2. It keeps the 49-millimeter form factor but offers several notable upgrades.

Similar to the new Series 9, the Ultra 2 will run on Apple’s S9 SiP, boasting 5.6 billion transistors, a four-core neural engine, and a U2 ultra-wideband location chip. These components will unlock a host of innovative capabilities, such as on-device Siri processing and highly accurate location tracking.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 comes with a display featuring 3000 nits of brightness. So, you can easily check the content in any lighting conditions. According to Apple, this is the brightest display an Apple Watch has ever had.

It offers a better battery life than its predecessor. The company promises up to 36 hours on a single charge and up to 72 hours in low-power mode. Additionally, the case is constructed from a remarkable 95 percent recycled titanium.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 starts at $799. Pre-orders of Apple Watch Ultra 2 starts today and shipping will start on September 22.
