POCO just launched its latest smartphone POCO M6 Pro 5G in India. The phone features a 6.79-inch FHD+ 90Hz LCD display, Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, up to 6GB RAM, up to 128GB storage, 50+2 MP rear camera, 8 MP selfie camera, and 5000mAh battery. The phone starts at Rs. 10,999.
POCO M6 Pro 5G features a 6.79-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate. The display panel has 550 nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone runs Android 13 with MIUI 14 out of the box.
It packs Octa Core Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 4nm processor and Adreno 613 GPU. The phone comes in two different models: 4+64GB and 6+128GB. It uses LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It also supports up to 6GB of virtual RAM for better multitasking. Internal storage is also expandable up to 1TB with microSD.
The rear camera setup includes 50 megapixels primary camera and 2 megapixels depth camera. For selfies, there is an 8 megapixels front-facing camera.
POCO M6 Pro 5G has a fingerprint sensor embedded into the side button. It also has an infrared sensor that allows customers to use the phone as a remote for several home appliances. There is also a bottom-firing loudspeaker.
It has 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C connectivity. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
POCO M6 Pro 5G measures 168.6×76.28×8.17mm and the phone weighs 199g. It comes in Forest Green and Power Black colors. The phone is also IP53 rated for dust and splash resistance.
