iQOO Z8 and iQOO Z8x launching in China on August 31.

iQOO Z8

iQOO has confirmed the launch date of iQOO Z8 and iQOO Z8x smartphones. These phones were expected to arrive in September, but now we know that iQOO Z8 and iQOO Z8x will be unveiled on August 31 in China. The launch event will be held at 7 PM local time in China.

The company has also confirmed that iQOO Z8 will be powered by Dimensity 8200 SoC and will also have 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. There will also be more RAM and Storage variants to give consumers several choices.

iQOO also shared photo and video teasers of iQOO Z8 to give us a glimpse of design and color options. The phone features a dual camera setup on the back. The primary sensor also has OIS. It has volume rockers and a side button the side. The side button looks to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor. The headphone jack is on the top and the base side has a USB-C along with speaker grilles.

The phone will support 120W charging and could pack a 5,000mAh battery.

iQOO will also launch iQOO Z8x at the same event, but we do not know much about this phone. This phone is said to come with a 6.64-inch FHD+ 120Hz LCD display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage, 50+2 MP rear camera, 8MP selfie camera, and 6,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging.
